I plan to install a emergency cleaning kit, some essential tools, lube/borecleaner, and a buttload of cleaning patches (all cerefully baggie-up) into the void previously occupied by the now-useless foam. Removing the buttplate with a small Phillips head screwdriver reveals that the Buttstock is hollow, and comes packed with a wedge of open-cell foam to reduce the "hollow stock" sound.
